Nichelle thrives working with diverse perspectives and backgrounds. She began her work experience with adolescent youth on a Native American reservation in Arizona. Drawing from this early experience and her subsequent roles, Nichelle is passionate about the importance of creating opportunities for others and building capability. Nichelle graduated with her Master’s degree from Northern Arizona University studying Human Relations. She currently works as an HR Business Partner & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager for Awardco. She grew up in Gilbert, Arizona, and loves traveling, going to concerts, and cooking new foods!

Sean Raible (He/Him)

Sean Raible has 23 years of Total Rewards experience working in many different industries and countries, and has built and led global HR shared services functions across multiple disciplines. Sean is an advocate for reducing stigma around mental health by speaking and providing global workplace training and consulting, and has vast experience leading benefits, well-being, and mental health programs in-house at various organizations. Sean is based in Vancouver, B.C. Canada, and when not working with clients he stays active hitting the trails with his Jack Russell Terrier, Enzo.
