Sionelle Beller is a a Client Success Manager at Awardco. She joined the team after seven years as a 2nd grade teacher. Beller has always been passionate about creating a positive and recognition-rich environment - whether that is in the classroom, home or workplace. Her background in education has given her unique insight into how positive feedback and praise can improve self-efficacy and performance. She enjoys helping her clients recognize the powerful impact employee recognition can make within their organizations.
Chad Hamilton is an Account Executive with Awardco. He has worked in the HR space for over six years. With experience in many different HR capacities, an undergraduate degree in Psychology, and a Masters degree in HR, he has unique insights into what makes organizations—and people—function at their highest level. At Awardco, Hamilton helps other organizations learn how to make HR even more effective by using rewards and recognition as part of their overall strategy.
