Awardco collects data to operate effectively and provide better quality experiences. Below, you will find a list of our products, services, and processes that gather personal data, our purpose and legal basis for processing that information, who we share that information with, and how long we hold that information.
The product is an online platform that an employer uses to recognize and reward its employees.
The organization’s online recognition platform handles information provided by an employer regarding their employees. The organization also handles additional information uploaded by the individual employee.
The information collected is used to allow the employee to redeem points that was awarded to them as an award or recognition.
Automated processing occurs.
The automated system pulls the employee data from an API or an SFTP location into the Awardco database. Once housed within the database the employee can use the Awardco Platform and redeem the points given to them by their employer.
No decisions are made from the automated processing as it is for the importation of employee data only.
Cloud service providers: The organization uses a third party to provide an sftp location for employers to upload employee data. The organization uses third party cloud storage. Vendors: The organization shares data with select vendors for the purpose of delivering anniversary and commemoration memorabilia.

The organization keeps the data as long as necessary to perform the business function.
As a Data Subject in the European Economic Area, you have the right to request, access, rectify, erase, and restrict how we process your Personal Data. These rights include the ability to review the Personal Data we have in our Information and Communications systems concerning you, the ability to make any corrections to that Personal Data, the ability to be informed of who that data may have been shared with, the ability to request that we erase all of our Personal Data, and the ability to restrict how we Process your Personal Data.
We are required to respond to any of your requests to exercise these above Data Subject rights within 30 days. Should we be unable to comply within 30 days, we will contact you anyway and let you know of any delay.
