Belonging
Belonging is the result of an inclusive environment where individuals feel safe, valued, and connected. It fosters trust, engagement, and a sense of purpose, ensuring everyone feels seen and supported.

Employee Resource Groups

Creating space for every voice

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide space for underrepresented individuals and allies to connect, share experiences, and influence company policies.

Recognise Women
Recognise Women has played a key role in increasing female representation at Awardco and supporting them at work. This ERG hosts events, provides educational opportunities, facilitates active discussions, and helps advocate for programmes that boost inclusivity.
Recognise Pride
Recognise Pride fosters a safe and inclusive environment for LGBTQIA+ employees. This ERG provides a supportive space for discussion, resource sharing, and advocacy and promotes and elevates activities in our community.
Recognise Culture
Recognise Culture provides a space for our employees to celebrate their diverse backgrounds, traditions, and experiences. This ERG fosters an inclusive environment by promoting cultural awareness, education, and engagement across the company.

We are continuously working to expand our ERG programme to better support and represent additional groups within our workforce, ensuring that all employees have a space to share their experiences, advocate for their needs, and contribute to a more inclusive workplace.

Hiring and employee development

We are committed to equitable hiring practices, and we continuously refine our processes to mitigate bias and attract diverse talent. All employees have access to professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn Learning, mentorship programmes, and bi-annual review cycles that provide guidance for career progression.

Employee wellbeing

Awardco prioritizes employee wellbeing with fitness, mental, and work-life balance programmes that support a variety of employee needs including fitness incentives, an in-office gym, ERGs, Headspace accounts, flexible schedules, and flexible PTO. In-office amenities include relaxation rooms, live plants, ample natural light, healthy food and snack options, and more.

Accessibility

Our office spaces are equipped with accommodations such as elevators, ramps, ADA parking, ADA bathrooms, and ergonomic workstations with adjustable-height desks. New moms have access to mothers' rooms and support groups. For those who require additional support, we offer remote and hybrid work options to meet diverse needs.

Community reach

Beyond our internal efforts, Awardco is dedicated to making a broader impact. Through Goodness Grants, we recognise individuals who are making a difference in their communities by awarding monthly grants to help them continue their good work. We also find and support local causes and charities and encourage employees to participate in service activities.
