Hiring and employee development
We are committed to equitable hiring practices, and we continuously refine our processes to mitigate bias and attract diverse talent. All employees have access to professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn Learning, mentorship programmes, and bi-annual review cycles that provide guidance for career progression.


Employee wellbeing
Awardco prioritizes employee wellbeing with fitness, mental, and work-life balance programmes that support a variety of employee needs including fitness incentives, an in-office gym, ERGs, Headspace accounts, flexible schedules, and flexible PTO. In-office amenities include relaxation rooms, live plants, ample natural light, healthy food and snack options, and more.
Accessibility
Our office spaces are equipped with accommodations such as elevators, ramps, ADA parking, ADA bathrooms, and ergonomic workstations with adjustable-height desks. New moms have access to mothers' rooms and support groups. For those who require additional support, we offer remote and hybrid work options to meet diverse needs.


Community reach
Beyond our internal efforts, Awardco is dedicated to making a broader impact. Through Goodness Grants, we recognise individuals who are making a difference in their communities by awarding monthly grants to help them continue their good work. We also find and support local causes and charities and encourage employees to participate in service activities.
