The Agenda

October 21st: Opening Reception

  • RCGNZ Summit kicks off with the Opening Reception. This gives attendees a chance to meet one another and interact with industry leaders in a relaxed setting while enjoying drinks, appetisers, and the beautiful scenery.

October 22nd: Keynotes, client panels, product updates, breakouts, and evening activities

  • Participate in a morning and afternoon full of inspiring speakers from multiple industry leaders, client & partner panels, Awardco product insights and updates, and thought leader breakout sessions. Also look forward to a continental breakfast and buffet lunch, with plenty of time to network with fellow attendees.
  • That evening, enjoy a few hours of free time to explore surrounding Park City or attend optional networking activities.
  • Finally, look forward to a high-class dinner and engaging social activity to round the night off.

October 23rd: Breakouts, client panels, closing remarks

  • RCGNZ Summit ends with more breakout sessions, another panel discussion, and a final keynote to wrap the event up.

RCGNZ Summit is built around exploring the transformative power of rewards and recognition in every industry and organisation. Throughout two full days of activities, attendees will interact with industry experts, thought leaders, and like-minded HR professionals through workshops, networking, breakouts, client panels, and more. Discuss challenges, opportunities, and current/future trends in the HR industry.
