If you use Microsoft Teams as a communication tool in your organisation, you can link your Awardco platform to Teams and then proceed to recognise, reward, and build a culture of engagement in the same tool your organisation uses for communication each and every day.
Intuitive Integration
Linking your Awardco platform to Microsoft Teams is incredibly easy so you can quickly begin to recognise in Teams using Awardco. This powerful integration makes sure any recognition made in Teams also posts to the Awardco platform recognition feed. Rewarding recognition has never been easier to introduce into your organisation.

Recognising in Microsoft Teams for Even Better Employee Recognition
After linking your Awardco and Teams accounts (Learn how here), anyone in your organisation will be able to recognise by typing “recognise” directly into Microsoft Teams.
After typing “recognise” and hitting enter, you will see a recognition pop-up that asks who you want to recognise. After searching for your chosen person, you will have the option to select which programme to use to recognise, enter any recognition comments, and award points, if applicable.
After pressing submit, the recognition will immediately be posted to Microsoft Teams and the recognition feed in the Awardco platform. If recognition approvals are needed, the system will intuitively know this based on which programme was selected to recognise. After approval, the recognition will be posted in Teams and Awardco as normal.
